Car service will be provided to and from the hotel.

Airfare to and from Napa, CA will be provided.
Meals
Meal functions will be offered during the event as outlined in the agenda.

All qualifiers are responsible for booking their hotel using the link above by Thursday, June 6. Room availability after this date is not guaranteed and attendee is responsible for any rate changes that may apply.

You will be required to input a credit card to guarantee the booking but the room rate and tax over the event dates (August 7 -9, 2024) will be charged Coldwell Banker's master account.

Note: The company will cover the nights of Wednesday, August 7th, and Thursday, August 8th.

If you still wish to extend your stay in Napa at The Meritage, please call the Meritage at 866.370.6272 to add on your desired dates pre and/or post event. Pre and post date are still subject to availability.

When calling, please provide the Meritage your reservation number so they can adjust your reservation and provide you with the current rate of the pre and post nights.
